The iPhone - When will it arrive

I was one of the people who waited in line today for the release of the new iPhone.
I knew I wanted one of the new iPhones quite a while back. I also knew I didnt want to pay nearly twice as much to reserve an iPhone early from att, or to find one on ebay. Getting up early to wait in a long line wasnt at the top of my list either. I decided to just stop by the att store on my to work, about an hour before the store opened.
The parking lot was pretty full, and i arrived at the same time about five other cars arrived. I was probably the 65th-or 70th in line. Shortly after being in line, a friend number 43 in line told me the att store had 40 in stock. A while later this was confirmed by one of the store employees peddling iPhone accessories. At that time they told us the whoever didn’t get an iPhone could order one, and they would be called when the phone arrived at the store. We were also told if we didnt pre-order an iPhone today, we would just be on a first come first serve basis. I decided to finish out the wait, and order my iPhone.
Ok, its has been ordered, and I have even received an email confirming my order! Now for the wait. How long will it be until my new iPhone will arrive, or even be shipped. Sure hope it wont be long. I heard some of the store employees mention within 5 days, but who knows.
